COUNTY HIGHWAY COMMITTEE

a.) Resolution #R2007-58: Bid Award on Improvement for Pierce Road District.  Bid awarded to the lowest bidder, Elmer Larson, LLC, from Sycamore, Illinois in the amount of $45,640.15, for the placement of an estimated five thousand nine hundred thirty-five ton of aggregate surface course, spread on road on Pritchard Road and Harter Road both in Pierce Road District.  Committee Action: Moved by Mr. Anderson, seconded by Mr. Stoddard, and it was carried unanimously to forward the award resolution to the full board for approval.

ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE         

a.) Resolution #R2007-57:  T.I.F. Agreement with the City of DeKalb on the Renew DeKalb Project.  To authorize DeKalb County to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement with the City of DeKalb regarding the Tax Increment Financing Redevelopment Plan and Project for Downtown DeKalb.  Committee Action:  Moved by          , seconded by       , and it was            , to forward the resolution to the full board for approval.

a.)                Resolution #R2007-55:  1^st Time Homebuyers Annual Request for Renewal of Bonds.   Authorizing the Execution and Delivery of an Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement and Certain Documents with Regards to the First Time Homebuyers Mortgage Revenue Bonds.  Committee Action:  Moved by Mr. Faivre, seconded by Mr. Hulseberg, and it was carried unanimously to recommend the County to continue to participate in this program and to forward this recommendation to the full board for approval.
