Publications and Deadlines

The 2009 Assessment publication for DeKalb Township will be published on November 25, 2009 in the MidWeek newspaper.  The publication will also be on the website (www.dekalbcounty.org).  

The published assessments are for only those parcels that received an individual change in value by the township assessor.  For those parcels not published, the equalization factor for your township should be multiplied times the 2008 assessment to reach the 2009 value.  You may also call the Supervisor of Assessments office at 815-895-7120 for further information.

All complaint forms are due in the County Assessment Office by 4:30 p.m. thirty days from the date of publication or postmarked on the due date. 

Filing deadline:   December 28, 2009 for DeKalb Township
