The Juvenile Learning Mentor Program (LMP) was designed to fulfill the Juvenile Justice System’s principles according to the Juvenile Justice Act  (1999).  The goal of the LMP is to give juveniles under court supervision/probation another tool to help them succeed as productive members of society through community involvement and to learn to be accountable for their actions through the projects they complete.
