Crime Stoppers is seeking information on the theft of a homemade wood splitter taken sometime around April 18th, from the 13000 block of Derby Line Rd., rural Genoa. The wood splitter is described as a pull behind unit with a yellow frame and a red Honda engine. A silver Chevy Astro Van with one female and two male occupants was seen in the area at the time of the theft.

Crime Stoppers is seeking information concerning a theft that occurred at Rondo Enterprises in Sycamore. Taken were two utility trailers, a Red Atlas Utility tandem axel and Silver Atlas Utility single axel trailer. They were taken sometime between 4/19/12 and 4/20/12.

Crime Stoppers is seeking information concerning a shooting that occurred during the early morning hours of Saturday, April 14th, at approximately 4:30AM in the 800 block of Spiros Ct., DeKalb. One person was shot.
Crime Stoppers is also seeking information on three car burglaries that occurred at Suburban Apartments sometime between Saturday night and Sunday. Items taken include cash, credit cards, wallets, and personal information.

Crime Stoppers is seeking information on the theft of the Huskie Dog Statute stolen from the DeKalb Public Library sometime between Monday night (9:30PM) and Tuesday morning (8:30AM). The dog statute is blue and white with words on the side that read “It’s always the right time to read”.
