Four out of nine DeKalb County school districts belong to the KIDS AV Cooperative. The KIDS AV library consists of over 10,000 films and videotapes which are available to educators for use in their classrooms.

Since 1993, the ROE has participated in the Electronic Field Trip Program sponsored by Community Vision. The Electronic Field Trip provides free video programs and curriculum guides for junior and senior high schools on a variety of topics. Schools with downlink capabilities may also have opportunities to work collaboratively with other schools nationwide via television.
