The ROE issues the Illinois State High School Equivalency Certificate and administers the GED tests, which are given in Room A-200 at  Kishwaukee College. Applicants must be 17 years of age or older, a resident of the state, and show proof of eligibility.

Beginning July 1, 2009 there will be a $3.00 charge for a duplicate transcript and a $10.00 charge for a duplicate diploma.
