DeKalb County Community Mental Health Center seeks an Executive Director to provide leadership for all aspects of the work of the Board including day-to day operations and planning for implementation of the mission and goals of the Board strategic plan.  Emphasis of Board activities includes agency grant process/cycle and outcomes driven accountability for Board initiatives.  Qualifications for the position required include:  Master’s degree in public administration, psychology, social work, or related field; five years of progressively responsible experience in administrative role; and management of public funds with grant development experience.   Experience in the mental health field and/or social services is recommended.  Applications must include:  (1) Application Letter of Interest outlining administrative experience and leadership philosophy; (2) Resume with salary history; (3) Three letters of reference.  Submit application to: Search Committee, DeKalb Community Mental Health Board, 2500 N.
