Careplan / MDS Coordinator
FULL TIME
Duties: Coordinate and complete RAI process to meet federal and state requirements
Job Requirements:
- RN, with at least 2 years clinical nursing experience in long-term care
- Ability to multi-task
- Detail oriented
- Excellent interpersonal skills
