The DeKalb County Board is currently engaged in an initiative to lead in the conservation of water, energy, and natural resources in the county.

This initiative is intended to promote environmental awareness and provide helpful information for any county resident or other interested person. Specific focus will be kept on ecologically friendly practices and materials for the purposes of human and environmental health. In placing “GoGreen” information on this site for public view, the DeKalb County Board seeks to provide you with valuable conservation strategies that can be applied to your situation. Education and workshops on Green lifestyle and business alternatives will be presented periodically as well.
