Class A Food Establishment: Store with meat cutting, deli, bakery Class B Food Establishment: Restaurant, package food store, fraternity and sorority houses that prepare and sell potentially hazardous foods, bottlers Class C Food Establishment: Stores whose main order of business is not food, but sell potentially hazardous foods; seasonal restaurants that are open less than six months per year Class D Food Establishment: Vegetable stands open more than fourteen consecutive days Class E Food Establishment: Temporary Food stands open for not more than 14 consecutive days; fee structure set up for differing application fees for length of event.
