I.  CALL TO ORDER

The meeting was called to order by Mr. Krogman at 9:00 pm.

II.  AGENDA

Mr. Krogman moved to approve the agenda; seconded by Mr. Rose.   The motion passed unanimously on a voice vote.

III MINUTES

Mr. Krogman moved to approve the October 23, 2007 minutes; seconded by Mr. Rose.   The motion passed unanimously on a voice vote.

IV.  EXECUTIVE SESSION

Mr. Krogman moved to go into Executive Session at 9:05 pm.; seconded by Mr. Rose.  The motion passed unanimously on a voice vote.

Mr. Rose moved to close the Executive Session; seconded by Mr. Krogman.  The motion passed unanimously on a voice vote.

The Personnel and Nominations Committee returned to open meeting at 9:11 pm.

V.  ADJOURNMENT

The meeting was adjourned at 9:11 pm.
