About Us

The purpose of the DeKalb County community Mental Health Board (CMHB) is to plan, develop, coordinate, evaluate and fund mental health services in DeKalb County Illinois.  This includes services for persons suffering from mental illnesses, alcohol and substance abuse and development disabilities. In short, the DeKalb County Community Mental Health Board functions as the mental health authority for the county.
