The Board of Health entered into executive session for the purpose of discussing the annual performance review of the Public Health Administrator, Karen Grush.

Dr. Lane indicated that she and Mr. Heinisch met before this meeting to discuss the evaluations returned by staff.  They were outstanding.  Mr. Heinisch stated that Mrs. Grush is eligible for 3.6% increase.  He added that she should be recognized for her contributions to the community and for what she has done for her staff.  Dr. Lane concurred.

A merit increase of 3.6% was recommended. 

The Board of Health entered into regular session.
