A special meeting of the Administrative Services Committee of the DeKalb County Board met Wednesday, November 21, 2001 at 7:00 p.m. at the DeKalb County Government Courthouse in the 2^nd Floor Courtroom. Chairman Steimel called the meeting to order. Mr. Hoffman, Mr. Hutcheson Ms. Leifheit, Mr. Pritchard, and Mr. Wilson were present. Mr. Morreale, Ms. Conway, and Ms. Tobias were absent. Also present were Mr. Ray Bockman, Mr. John Dlabal, Mr. Gary Hanson and Sheriff Roger Scott.

The agenda was declared approved by Chairman Steimel.

 

Mr. Hanson furnished the Committee with a resolution seeking the Committee’s approval of the FY 2001 Year End Budget Transfers within a department and additional appropriations to a department (and are attached to these minutes as Appendage 1). This is an annual "housekeeping" measure that needs approval before it goes on to the full County Board for it’s approval.

Mr. Wilson moved, seconded by Mr. Hutcheson to approve the year-end budget transfers and forward it to the County Board. Motion carried unanimously by a voice vote.

 

The meeting was adjourned by declaration at 7:10 p.m. by Chairman Steimel.
