WHEREAS, the Public Infrastructure & Development Committee of the DeKalb County Board deems it appropriate to enter into Engineering Agreements with Wendler Engineering & Surveying, Inc. of Dixon, Illinois for the provision of preliminary engineering services incident to the replacement of structures located in DeKalb County, and

                    WHEREAS, compensation for said services had been established as set forth hereinbelow:

01-04117-00-BR on Gurler Road in DeKalb County, and

2) not to exceed sixteen thousand five hundred dollars and no cents ($16,500.00) for Section

01-09114-00-BR on North Grove Road in DeKalb County, and

3) not to exceed thirteen thousand five hundred dollars and no cents ($13,500.00) for Section

01-12129-00-BR on Hinckley Road in DeKalb County

                    NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the DeKalb County Board that it does approve entering into the aforesaid Preliminary Engineering Agreements and does hereby authorize its Chairman to execute the pertinent documents.
