Proposed intergovernmental Agreement BETWEEN DEKALB COUNTY GOVERNMENT AND THE PRAIRIE BAND POTAWATOMI NATION (pdf)

• NOTES

1. This Agreement will be presented to County Board members at the Executive Committee Meeting on Tuesday, January 8, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. in the Gathertorium at the Legislative Center in Sycamore, IL.

2. A Public Meeting on this Agreement is scheduled for February 11, 2008 at 7:00 p.m.  It will be held in the Multi-Purpose Room on the Health Facility Campus on Annie Glidden Road in DeKalb, Illinois.

3. The County Board is expected to vote on this Agreement February 20, 2008 at their regular 7:30 p.m. monthly meeting in the Gathertorium at the Legislative Center in Sycamore.
