County Board & Property Owner Public Hearings

Parcel #16-24-200-005  Gary Wesson is planning to split-off two houses located on property at 3006 Kane Road in Paw Paw Township.  However, one of the resulting lots would be only eighty-five (85) feet wide, and an existing shed would be only five (5) feet from one of the new property lines.  DeKalb County Zoning Ordinance requires such lots be at least 200 feet wide, and requires that all structures be set back at least 20 feet from property lines. 

Gary Wesson is requesting such Variations from the DeKalb County Zoning Ordinance for the property located at 3006 Kane Road in Paw Paw Township, DeKalb County.  A public hearing will be held by the DeKalb County Hearing Officer on Thursday, May 15, 2008, at 1:00 p.m. in the DeKalb County Administration Building, Conference Room East, 110 East Sycamore Street, Sycamore, IL 60178.  All interested persons are encouraged to attend and be heard, as this will be the only opportunity for public input on the application. 

 P.I.N.: 05-03-100-006  Roscoe Wabel divided the house located on property at 9434 Baseline Road in Mayfield Township from the surrounding farm fields. 

Roscoe Wabel is requesting such a Variation from the DeKalb County Zoning Ordinance for the property located at 9434 Baseline Road in Mayfield Township, DeKalb County.  A public hearing will be held by the DeKalb County Hearing Officer on Thursday, May 29, 2008, at 1:00 p.m. in the DeKalb County Administration Building, Conference Room East, 110 East Sycamore Street, Sycamore, IL 60178.  All interested persons are encouraged to attend and be heard, as this will be the only opportunity for public input on the application.
