building authority from the County of DeKalb to the City of DeKalb. The

east side of Nelson Road, approximately 970 feet north of State Route 38,
in DeKalb Township. The
property is zoned A-1, Agricultural District. Because of the 0.2-acre
parcel is a City facility DeKalb has proposed the Intergovernmental

resolution
passed by the County board during September 2007, will cover the
contracted cost
of the bridge. The resolution is in the amount of $76,300.00 bringing the
