The Dining Experience
We offer four bright and
comfortable dining rooms, all with access to a courtyard. The dining areas
are designed to accommodate a variety of needs and abilities; we serve
residents in walkers and wheelchairs, and make special arrangements whenever
necessary. The dining experience provides socialization as well as balanced
nutrition. Residents may choose to entertain guests in our private Family
Dining Room.
We serve nutritionally
balanced meals, which are planned by a Registered Dietician. The dietary
department also schedules a monthly Food Council meeting for residents to
voice their ideas. As a result, menus change frequently to reflect resident
preferences.
Gathering Places
We have a fully equipped
Beauty and Barbershop on site with a full-time Beautician.
Residents and Family
members are encouraged to schedule appointments as needed. In addition, we
feature courtyards, a gazebo, and patio space where residents can garden or
simply enjoy being outside in the warmer months. There are walking tracks
inside and outside.
