Dementia Care

• Approximately 5 million people are diagnosed with a dementia. While there have been promising developments in medical research, there is no cure on the horizon. Country View Square is our specialized facility that is dedicated to sensitive, state-of-the-art programming and nursing care for residents with Alzheimer’s Disease and related dementias. This is a special care unit with carefully selected staff and offers a social/activity model of care with a home-like, interactive environment, Garden Walk, and daily programs dedicated to meeting the unique care needs of each individual who resides here. Support groups and educational sessions about Alzheimer’s and related dementias are scheduled regularly. Country View Square brings families together through special events such as cook-outs, themed programs, and outings.
